The second trip of the year on board mothership Cape Adieu produced a few good fish but we are still looking for more rain. Generally during the run off we spend much of our time casting into the run offs chasing the big barra that are sitting waiting for a good feed to be washed down from the floodplains. After two days of casting, we started trolling and sure enough, got some runs on the board.

Kanen from Victoria trolled up a beaut 118cm barra and Chris was nearly in the meter club with an impressive 98cm saltwater specimen. |

The roof of Cape Adieu has become a favourite location to watch the sunset. |
